i have a 1999 chrysler 300m with climate control and when i turn it on, nothing happens. the controls on the inside of the car seem to be working fine but under the hood nothing seems to be working as it should. what do i do?

When you look at the compressor, do you see the front plate turning with the pulley? This means the engine running and the a/c turned on.
Did this happen all of the sudden? Is it intermittent? Does it happen all the time?
