My 1996 chrysler lhs has overheated and stalled on 3 ...

My 1996 chrysler lhs has overheated and stalled on 3 different occasions. the outside temperatures were around 85 to 88 degrees. the car started to miss then just stall. after letting the car cool down the car would restart then run fine any suggestions ?
