I have a 98 Chrysler Town and Country that will not start on a regular basis. When I have a failure, the van will start 3 times, but die immediately. After that, the starter does not engage. All other systems seem to work, windows, locks, etc. It is always the same pattern which leads me to believe it may be an anti theft issue. We have replaced the ignition switch, and a couple of relays, and checked the starter. The van runs perfectly untill the failure hits.
