i have a 1992 chrysler town and country. while i was stopped at a red light as i was pressing down on the break all the lights went out. so i had the battery charged by interstate and the altanator replaced, but it is still doing the same thing. a mechanic said that the altonator was not charging the battery.

Already Tried:
changed the altanator battery charged(battery is exactly a year old)
