I have a 1992 Chrysler Lebaron. The battery died. I removed the battery, recharged it, re-installed the battery. I tried to start the car. It won't even turn over. I see a flashing red light to the left of the steering wheel. When the battery is first reconnected both a red and green light appear. I have followed the book saying to use the key to lock and unlock either of the front doors (I have tried both doors). The car will not start. How do I get the car to started.
