I have a 2001 Chrysler LHS and the condenser was dmaged. I rplaced it and tried to charge the unit but the conpressor did not kick in. Is there a low pressure switch I need to bypass. Thanks!

No.If the system is charged properly you do not need to bypass the pressure switch.To charge it properly once it's been opened up that much to change the condensor,it needs to be vacuumed down and checked for leaks,then charged with the R134 and pag oil.Remember!when you took it apart like that,air was introduced to the system.That has to be vacuumed down.Alot of people don't realize that you can add a can here and there to compensate for small leaks,but to fully charge it,it needs to be vacuumed down and then charged fully.You can bypass the press. switch just to make sure the compressor and circuit are OK.The switch is located on the low side line.Threaded right into it.Just jump the connector and turn on the AC to see if the compressor engages.Good Luck
