Breaks are working 9/10 but there are times where I have to press them down to the floor, and they omit a high squeal noise at the time when they are not working. Just had new brake pads and rotors replaced 3 months ago. Looking at what the source could be.

Sounds like you might have two problems. One is your pedal all the way to the floor. This indicates air in your system which would indicate a leak in your system. Bleed your brakes and see what happens. The squealling is usually a sign of worn pads, but since you just replaced them it is not this. There is a substance that stops break squeal. You put this on when you put your new pads on, however, usually the new pads have an anti squeal mech. on them. Check your fluid level and see if it is OK. a leaking sytem could cause fluid to be on your brakes causing the squeal.
