I pulled into a store today with my 98 Chrysler Sebrine. When I tried to start the car I could not turn the key. I tried turning the steering wheel back and forth as much as the sterring lock would allow. I put the shifter in nuetral(a Chrysler Recall that has not been fixed) and still I could not turn the key. I tried the other key with no success. I can't turn it forward or backward.
