I have a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country and when I start it, the heater/airconditioner, radio, power windows, wipers, and side rear vents do not work for a short time. They come on after 10-45 seconds. The ignition switch was replaced as well as the control module. I have spent over $500 to do this and it hasn't fixed the problem. Any clues? thanks. Sam
