Reverse light electrical short

I got a 97 Chrysler T/C van. Everytime I put it in reverse only (all the other gears are OK), I blow the fuse that runs the reverse lights, blinkers and front blower motor. I tested the wiring in the rear the van and they seem in good shape.What else can I do to fix this short?
