it mostly happens when it rain but has also happen in dry weather. but in raining weather it blows very quickly

ok I found the motor but its right up under the back lip making it really hard to disconnect. However if you would just outline the things I need to check in the order I will go ahead and accept the answer. please send to my email address at Customer (name blocked for privacy)@yahoo.com
