97 chevy deisel runs then dies(no air or water in system)

97 chevy 3500 deisel runs for a bit then dies will start again after about 30 minutes then runs for a bit then dies,inline fuel pump working good, acts like losing fire to something or something is going out on it any ideas?have checked all connections and wires. all fluid levels ok. acts like something is going out but dont know where or what to ck.

There is a 6 wire connector on the injection pump disconnect it and see if it runs during the failed state.Also check the ground on the pump and clean as needed.If it runs with the 6 wire connector disconnected you will have to replace the injection pump.Is the check engine light on?If it is go to Autozone and get me the code numbers.

Reply to Davo/diablo666's Post: have pulled connector and did not run ,ground is fine cleaned it anyway,shows no ck eng light,i did ck all that when it first started acting up ,wut lil hair i have left is about to be pulled out ..thanks for the reply
