93 mazda b2600i runs some time but will not run over 2900 rpm and some time will not start at all i have put a fuel pump in and been all thru fuel sytem can you help just you know I am a full time auto tech and I do not have a scaner that will scan this pu

  Fuel filter is new? Did you check the fuel pressure after the new pump what is it?

More system win it runs at a idle it run smooth for a time then it begain to run erratic and may smooth out and may not this one has got me.

I have work on cars for 20 years and have never come a cross any thing like this
