I have a 99 Toyota Tacoma 4WD with the V6 engine. Recently I went off road and got it really muddy. I have cleaned the engine and replaced the air filter, but I don't have any power. It seems to choke when I try to accelerate. I am unable to go over 30 MPH. What should I check and replace?

Optional Information:
1999 Toyota Tacoma V6

Already Tried:
cleaning. Replacing air filter
