2001 Chrysler Sebring lxi. Check Engine Light came on.

2001 Chrysler Sebring lxi. Check Engine Light came on. Computer code said need EGR Valve. Installed new EGR. Reset computer. Turned engine off. Restarted engine, light came back on. Computer again said need EGR valve. Car runs great. What do you suggest.
