While driving, the 2000 Taurus began to resist during acceleration. It then cut off and only turned over and over. It would not start. I believed it to be the spark plugs not firing up or the fuel pump not working. The next day the car had no problems cranking, and it is now idling fine, but studdering when it is pushed to 4000 rpm. What might it be???
