Fuel system or something more??

My 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee just got a complete new fuel system put in due to bad fuel rail, replaced all fuel injectors, dropped the fuel tank cleaned it out, replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. This was all done 2 days ago, jeep ran fine Thursday and Friday. Friday night filled up my tank went out to go to store this morning and Jeep stalled, spuddering again same thing it was doing when I first took it in, check engine light came back on jeep doing exact same thing!!! Now what could be wrong with it?
