vw gti 2001 1.8T , CHECK engine light on , computer reads : Bank 1 mixture adaptation too rich P 1127 , P 1137 ; computer also reads : connection charger - throttle valve pressure drop P 1297, what's the solution , parts to replace , how to replace it ?thanks

I think the P1297 is the key to your problem That code is set when a leak is detected in the intake system (usually the hoses claps,connections or boost gauge or a faulty PCV system) .

This will throw off the Mass air flow sensor readings causing the mixture to go rich.

So first check the intake system for leaks make sure the claps are torqued correctly and seated properly.

the car was checked for leaks around the hood , nothing was found ,in a couple days we will lift the car and check around the turbo, any more suggestions?thanks
