how do you fix a vaccuum hose on a 1995 ford mustang

I have been to many different shops because my check engine light stays on. I had it plugged up to a machine and it just said system running lean. i had the o2 sensor changed. and after spending a lot of money no one seems to know whats wrong with my car. I am going to try the little stuff first. i think i can fix a hose myself. thanks...
