2000 Honda Accord OBD II trouble code P1259

Trouble Code P1259 keeps coming up. Have changed both Oxygen Sensors, but Check Engine light continues to come on after clearing the trouble codes. Can you solve?

Do you have the V-Tec engine? Either F23A4 or F23A1 model engines.
