'99 Dodge Durango - Codes

I got the codes P 0201, P 0202, P 0203 and P 0207 on my Dodge Durango - can you explain what this means and how I would fix it?? I recently repaced the spark plugs, wires and distributor cap. But the check engine light would come on randomly before that and continued after changing these parts out.

P0201 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 1

P0202 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 2

P0203 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 3

P0204 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 4

P0205 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 5

P0206 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 6

P0207 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 7

You have some kind of issue with the injecters or their wiring. Look over the wiring and make sure all the connecter are tight and none of the wires are damaged. Check power supply at all of the injecters. you may find a short of something causing that.
