Mustang Gt will not start

89 mustang gt I replaced fuel pump relay and fuel pump. Still not getting power to relay or the pump. When I jump the pump to work it still won't start. There is plenty of fuel pressure and there is spark.. Help

 You need to test the eec power relay I have attached a wiring diagram for you.Images available only to Customers.

Reply to Davo/diablo666's Post: Is it the Gray box marked e7zf 17c46 ab 1 3/4" by 2" mounted under the steering column. The reason I ask is that the parts store shows that it looks just like the fuel pump relay.. Thanks

 Do you have a relay center or power distribution box under the hood.That is where it should be located.All relays look similar on most car lines.Look under the hood and let me know if you find it or not.Check and see if you have 12 volts at the inertia switch red wire and at the injectors red wires.You only need to check 1 or 2 injector wires.
