Sputtering Problem

My car is sputtering when accelorating, but only for a few min, then it seems fine. Its a 2001 Ford Focus. What could the problem be?

Not just then, but alot of the time, yeah, it happens in the morning alot, after my car has been sitting in my driveway alot, and when im accelerating after letting my car coast for a bit
