I have a 1986 Volvo 740 GLE that will not start is there any idea what may be wrong with it when I put the key in the ignition to start it, no sound is made, not even a clicking sound. As of right now it does not take a jump. I don't know what to do and I am on a tight budget and I really depend on this car to be independent.
