two months ago i put plugs cap rotor and four plug wires on the lt bank 1537 my dog ate the others the car was running fine for 10 days then it started to buck skip when you called for a little more power if you pushed the throttle down to engage in another gear it seemed to run ok also if you drove in third gear a little skip in the lower rpm range but if you mashed the throttle it seemed to respond fine and if you put the trans back into 4th it would run fine until you asked for a little more power then it would go into the skip/buck mode also idle is rough a check engine lite came on last we for the first time since this all started and it was a code for #2 cyl misfired lite was on for 2 days went off on its own besides the aforementioned parts i changed the fuel filter and the external switch on the lt side of the trans which someone said could be the culprit but it was not car starts fine shifts fine i need help

  Classic symtoms of bad wires The code is backing it up, since #2 is on the right bank, change the rest of the ignition wires probably solve your problem.
