(Not a Car Question?)

rear tire
Sent to Car Experts March 14 03:28 PM

When I am driving my 1995 mazda protege, which I just had the brakes replaced on, it makes a dragging sound in the rear driver side tire. It kinda sounds like a grinding. The brakes were just replaced so I know they are not bad but this noise sounds like my pads are about to go again. The noise happens when I am slowing down without using the brakes and also when I do use the brakes. What could this be? HELP!!
