Took car (1999 Pontiac Sunfire) in to have front struts, and steering box replaced, now the air bag light coms on and flashes after a few seconds, then stays lit. When I told the shop, and they said the "light was on when I brought it in" and aftre two days wait I was told the two sensors "deteriorated" and would have to be replaced. Any thoughts on what could be wrong ??

 Yeah, he probably ripped the wires out of the sensors when dropping the struts. I know you offered $50 for that answer but you can have it for free. He owes you 2 sensors.
