Battery problem

My battery keeps draining, I replaced it with a new battery and a day later the battery was wasted and had to be charged up, and if the car sits for a day the battery is drained again, what could it be
?

 It could be numerous things. Disconnect a battery cable. attach a digital voltmeter in series between the cable and the battery. Now make sure all the doors are closed and hook a jumper wire between the 2 also. Leave the jumper there for 5-10 minutes to expire all the delay timers. Remove the wire and read the meter. Anything over 50ma is excess draw. Start removing fuses while watching for the meter to to drop when you hit the one that was doing the drawing. Then see what works off that circuit to narrow down your draw. Be sure not to open the door or trigger anything else to come on during the test.
