how do I put a crankcam sensor on a 1998 dodge intrepid?

The car will have power until you try to start it then it loses all power

 All power??? Dashlights go out when you crank engine?

Hold up on sensor replacement until there is clarification on the problem...

Yes, all the power goes out once I try to start the car. The car use to just stop and after a while it would start back up. I have replaced the alternate, battery, and the computer (brain).

 Youir still just guessing. You might as well donate your money to charity for all the good it will do to just throw parts at it. It needs to be diagnosed correctly.
