my wiper motors on my 03 accent burned out and I was wondering how to go about changeing them(if there is any special tools invoved in taking off the fasad on top of the motors)

Unless your Hyundai Accent has over 100,000 miles, it should still be under warranty and should be fixed at the dealer for free.
