f-body frame repair

I have a 2000 pontiac formula firehawk which was "repaired" by an incompetent shop for a minor frame repair. I asked them to align uni-body & brace w/ welded sub-frame connectors(BMR). The car now has a rear thrust angle of -.2 degrees. Is this repairable and how?
