Gas Line Frozen

I believe my gas line is frozen. It want to start but just won’t kick over. We don’t smell gas. I have half of tank of gas.

I doubt that the gas is frozen in the line. What kind of car is this? Make and model? Year? Does it have a carburetor or is it fuel injected?
