is this a bad leak/possible damage?

hello, my uncle just gave me an 87 chevy celebrity and i have no idea what condition it is in i have already had to replace the brake line, the switch for the windshield,now i have a oil leak and there is oil in the filter and theres a knocking sound what is wrong with this car now?
