Car won't start and nothing eletrical works.

My 1984 Volvo 240 DL (2.3L Engine, Turbo) won't start, I get no click, no lights, nothing electrical will work. It just started this behavior after our first snow this year. I tested the Battery and it's good. I tested the ohmic values of the primary and secondary starter coils and they were fine. Any Ideas?
