I had my 2003 Venture seviced in Ohio then moved to Alabama shortly after that. The mechanic forgot to reset my "service engine soon" light on my dashboard. I know there is a process to do this. Could you please tell me what it is? The passenger window has to be lowered, radio off, car key in on position, tap the gas 3 times. I tried that-didn't work. Am I leaving something out?       Thanks.
