Can anyone tell me how to turn off the Restricted

Can anyone tell me how to turn off the Restricted engine
performance on my 3.0 s-type. My wife put bad gas in the jaguar and
after that the engine light comes on and the Restricted engine
performance came on. Sometimes it will go off and after I turn off
the car and restart it the Restricted engine performance cames on.
What can I do to turn it off. The car is not turbo.
