I was on my way to work this morning and my car stared to de-accelerate when I was going up a hill. The car wouldn’t go any faster than 30 mph, but then it would drive fine for a few seconds, then back to 30 mph. When I stoped teh car and got out, it smelled like burnt rubber. For the past couple of weeks, one of the belts in my car has been making a loud, high-pitched squeaking noise when th fan was turned on. Could this have anything to do with my car acting abnormal?
