I have a 2001 Impala with traction control and ...

I have a 2001 Impala with traction control and ABS brakes. The traction control light comes on frequently and engages. Other times the service traction control light comes on with the ABS light and then the car automatically turns off the traction control until the vehicle is turned off. I have taken it to two different shops, one of them being a Chevrolet dealership, and no one can figure out why it is doing this. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
