1991 Honda Accord...busted hose

I have a 1991 Honda Accord that was smoking last night. I looked under the hood and found a hose was ripped. It was the hose located almost directly in front of me when I open the hood. Can someone please tell me what that hose is?

It is about a foot long and about 2 inches in diameter.
