My car is a 97 Chevy Malibu. I just replaced an idler pulley and the power steering pump pulley. Recently the car has been making a squealing noise from the pulley area when I turn the wheels all the way to the right or left. When I turn the wheels all the way to the left or right, the motor starts to chug and shake. What is wrong?
