I have a 1990 chevy lumina euro sport 3.1 leter turbo
The car runs great but the tachometer is reading much to high 4000 rpm,s at idle.
I hooked up an external tach. and the engine is at 900 rpm,s at curb idle,
(CAR IN PARK) What could be causing this.
