mid 80's dodge colt vista

I have a old mid 80's colt vista, and im not that much of a mechanic. all I know is that when I turn it over it gets flooded right away. it will run for about 45 seconds if it is left sitting for a couple of hours. then all of a sudden out of the top of the block theres an overflow that starts pumping gas/oil? back into the air intake box. is it a fouled plug. my email is XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX. thanks
