Automatic tran problem in Philippines

OK, I am in the Philippines I buy a car best I can tell it's a Mits Small Sedan 3 cyl eng with auto trans Serial# H27V-0501174. They call a lot of car here Japanese imports coming from Japan used and are somewhat restored and titled dated the year it was imported being 2004. Anyway having trouble with the auto tran. I take off and at first no problem then after say about one mile it like slips, no movment, I pull off the road, turn off eng for a count to 5 and start it up and again it runs ok for a mile. I had the fluid changed and in side the pan cleaned, no change, very hard here where I am living to find automatic transmission repair shop, I did check around and cannot find a replacement tran either. Thanks for any help. JRZJOE
