New bearings on car gone bad already?

Sent to Car Experts August 21 10:02 PM

I own a 99 Mercury Cougar and around March of this year, I replaced the bearings on the front left side. The noise it was making went away. Just recently, I was hearing noises on the right side (so I assumed), and we replaced the bearings, ball joint, a-arm, and cv shaft on the right side. I took my car for a drive after it was fixed and the same noise that it was making before, like a crackling noise, which I'm pretty sure is the bearings is still there but now it's definatley coming from the left side. I have already replaced these bearings but it still makes that noise. Is there any way that the bearings that we replaced on the left side could have gone bad again? I know it's the bearings because we replaced them so I don't understand why they would malfunction in just such a short period of time. It that possible?
