my 1995 dodge neon starts to will act like it's going to die but doesn't die completely. It loses power. When we shut the off and try to restart it. It wont start. I wait a couple of minutes it will start and then it will die again. So I try to unhook the battery to see if its the alternator but before I get to the batter the car will die so I don't know if its the alternator or not. I think it might be something have to do with some electrical system I don't know though. I don't know nothing about cars. Please help me
