I have a 87 cutlass cieara, and it ran until this weekend.

I have a 87 cutlass cieara, and it ran until this weekend. which is when i parked it and this morning it will not turn over. I tested and got 12.6v at the battery and 12.6 to the starter. I tried jump it off anyway but nothing. all fuses look good inside didn't find any under hood. please help. lost
