(Not a Car Question?)

Car will not start.
Sent to Car Experts August 14 10:51 AM

I have a 1994 ford coversion van by Starcraft. The battery was replaced and now the car wont start. I have been told various things to try but no luck. There is a reset button under the dash lip. The alarm chips when set but when you try to start the car all dash lights go out. The battery is fully charged..Whats wrong ? Is there a sequence that should be followed?   Thank you..

Optional Information:
1994 Ford e-150 5.8 v8

Already Tried:
Reset button under dash. locked and unlocked driver door manually and locked and unlocked doors with remote key fob.

Hello!

Does the engine crank over when you turn the key but just not make any attempt to fire up, or does it just do absolutely nothing and just sit there in a daze?
