Question

water in the gas tank....

my son filled up my gas tank with water... we sucked everything out with an air pump and put regular gas.... (i did not drive the car after he did it) the gauge is still reading full (it works) and the car wont start i need to know if its something major or something simple that can be done about it ....the fuel pump is good we checked it and and everyone that i have asked said it can be fixed easily with drygas or gasdry or something like that but only 1 person has said that it probably messed my car up.... please help?/

its a 1997 chrysler concorde fuel injected 3.3 litre ....
