These are both very good cars. Keeping either one would be a good choice. Being both 2001 model year vehicles you really shouldn't have many problems. There are really only two things that I would take into consideration. A few years down the road when problems do start to occur, I have noticed that Saab parts are a little cheaper and a little easier to get then some Audi parts. So in the future maintenance costs could be a factor. The other consideration depends on where you live. If you live where it snows and 4-wheel drive is necessary then the Audi would be a keeper.
