I have a problem with my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lorado...With the ignition on..run or start, I get no voltage to the fuel pump nor the fuel guage. I've checked all the fuses in the car...all are good, all the relays tested good....I tried to download codes from the OBD II port...got "Link Error" reading only. All other systems seem to function normally(obviously I can't check them all since the car won't start. Previous to this episode the car ran well...no problems at all....I just bought it from an individual about a month ago. Any help would be appreciated   Thanks

Already Tried:
Check fuses,check Relays, Check voltage at fuel pump connector key in start /run check OBD port for computor codes, won't link up all other systems cranking,anything I can test without the car running seem ok
